Blackberry Mush

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup blackberry
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine berries and 1 cup water in saucepan. bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
- 2 meanwhile, combine corn starch and 1/3 cup water until smooth.
- 3 stir corn starch/water mixture in to berries and stir until thickened.
- 4 remove from heat.
- 5 add sugar and mixture until smooth.
- 6 pour into 1 quart dish and cool.
- 7 serve with milk or vanilla ice cream.
