Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup strawberry
- 8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1 cup ice cube
- sugar, to taste
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients, except ice, in blender container.
- 2 blend on high speed an additional minute or until smooth, gradually adding ice.
- 3 serve immediately.
