Apricot Dressing For Turkey

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried apricot, snipped
  • 1 1/2 cups water or 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 12 slices bread, dry, cut small cubes

Recipe
