Apricot Dressing For Turkey

Ingredients

- 1 cup dried apricot, snipped
- 1 1/2 cups water or 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 12 slices bread, dry, cut small cubes
Recipe
