Avocado Cheddar Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 slices hearty whole wheat bread (i like arnold's 7 grain bread)
- softened butter
- thick slices cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
Recipe
- 1 lightly butter one side of each slice of bread.
- 2 place 2 slices of buttered bread, butter side down, on a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3 top with cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, and other slices of buttered bread.
- 4 grill for a couple of minutes until cheese has started to melt and bread is grilled to desired amount.
- 5 flip sandwiches and grill on other side.
