Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
- 1 cup unsweetened soymilk
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a blender.
- 2 blend on high for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
