Berry Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
  • 1 cup unsweetened soymilk
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 blend on high for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
