Ingredients
- 2 pints fresh blackberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 3 cups cold water
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor or blender, pulse the blackberries and sugar until smooth.
- 2 strain the puree into a 1 ½ quart pitcher, pressing on the solids to get all the juice.
- 3 stir in the lemon juice and water until blended.
- 4 chill until cold; serve in ice-filled glasses.
