Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks.
- 2 great with ribs, brisket, and chicken.
