Blackberry Jelly

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 1/2 quarts blackberries
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 3 ounces liquid pectin

Recipe

  • 1 clean and wash the berries.
  • 2 place in a container and crush completely.
  • 3 heat the mixture till the juice approaches boiling.
  • 4 allow the juice to simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
