Ingredients
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Recipe
- 1 in a small sauce pan, combine the apricot jam with the orange juice. stir to combine.
- 2 heat over medium high heat until boiling and cook for 3 minutes.
- 3 strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
- 4 brush tops and sides of cooled breads or cakes with glaze and allow to set.
