Apricot Glaze

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 in a small sauce pan, combine the apricot jam with the orange juice. stir to combine.
  • 2 heat over medium high heat until boiling and cook for 3 minutes.
  • 3 strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
  • 4 brush tops and sides of cooled breads or cakes with glaze and allow to set.
