Asparagus With Mustard Dill Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook asparagus in boiling salted water until crispy tender, drain, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process, drain again and pat dry with paper towels.
  • 2 meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
  • 3 place asparagus on a serving plate, spoon some of the sauce across the middle of the asparagus and pass the rest.
