Aunt Mil's Oven Stew

Total Time: 5 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs stew meat
  • 6 medium potatoes, cut up
  • 6 carrots, cut in chunks
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  • 2 layer meat and veggies in a large dutch oven or roaster pan.
  • 3 mix soups, soup mix and tomato sauce together and pour over the meat and vegetables.
  • 4 cook 5 to 6 hours.
