- 4 potatoes
- 4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- oil
- salt
Recipe
- 1 wash the potatoes and cut in half lengthwise.
- 2 sprinkle the skin side with salt.
- 3 brush the cut side with oil.
- 4 place on grill oil side down.
- 5 brush top with bbq sauce.
- 6 cook for about 10 minutes then flip the potatoes and put bbq sauce on the flat side.
- 7 cook until tender when poked with a fork.
- 8 this is a low to medium heat item.
