Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Recipe
