• 2 egg whites
• 1/4 cup icing sugar
• 5 ounces soft butter
• 4 ounces soft vegetable shortening
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 ounces cream cheese

• 1 whip the egg whites until stiff.
• 2 add the icing sugar. mix.
• 3 add butter, mix.
• 4 add shortening, mix.
• 5 add vanilla, mix.
• 6 add cream cheese, blend.
• 7 instant icing!
