- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 ears corn, broken in half
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 add oil and garlic to a 13x9 inch glass baking dish, bake until oil starts to sizzle and remove.
- 3 add corn, season with salt and pepper and turn to coat.
- 4 cover tightly with foil, bake 25-30 minutes turning once.
