Ingredients

- 3 cups carrots, grated
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry or 2 tablespoons apple juice
Recipe
- 1 place carrots in casserole dish.
- 2 pour margarine, lemon juice and sherry over carrots.
- 3 sprinkle with green onions.
- 4 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
