Bbq Chicken And Veggies

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
  • 1 red pepper, sliced into rings
  • 1 small onion, sliced into rings
  • 2 medium yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 line a baking pan or casserole pan with heavy duty foil.
  • 2 season the chicken breasts with sea salt and pepper.
  • 3 add the sliced veggies and season them with salt and pepper.
  • 4 drizzle the barbecue sauce over the top.
  • 5 bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes.
