Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 large banana
Recipe
- 1 toss everything into blender.
- 2 blend until smooth and enjoy.
- 3 if it's too thick add more milk until you reach a desired consistency.
