Berry Blast Energy Smoothie

Total Time: 3 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 large banana

Recipe

  • 1 toss everything into blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth and enjoy.
  • 3 if it's too thick add more milk until you reach a desired consistency.
