Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon butter flavor extract (optional)
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 in large bowl, combine oil, honey, sugars, extracts and egg whites.
- 3 in second bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
- 4 add dry to wet and combine.
- 5 add in raisins.
- 6 drop by rounded tablespoons onto silpat lined baking sheets.
- 7 bake 8 minutes.
