All Natural High-protein Overnight Oats

Total Time: 6 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Recipe

  • 1 1. mix the ingredients well and let them sit in the fridge overnight! if you like you can top with fresh fruit and have coffee on the side.
