Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons raisins

- 1 1. mix the ingredients well and let them sit in the fridge overnight! if you like you can top with fresh fruit and have coffee on the side.
