Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs asparagus, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons light olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 clean and snap off the woody ends of the asparagus.
- 2 in a large skillet add olive oil and butter and melt.
- 3 add dill, asparagus and lemon juice and saute 15 minutes until asparagus is done but still has a crispness to it.
