Asparagus With Lemon, Dill Butter Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs asparagus, cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 clean and snap off the woody ends of the asparagus.
  • 2 in a large skillet add olive oil and butter and melt.
  • 3 add dill, asparagus and lemon juice and saute 15 minutes until asparagus is done but still has a crispness to it.
