Asparagus With Mushrooms--fat-free And Delicious!

Ingredients

- 1/4 lb fresh asparagus
- 3 large button mushrooms, sliced
- butter-flavored cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 wash and trim asparagus.
- 2 fill a large skillet with about 1 inch of lightly salted water.
- 3 cook asparagus and mushrooms in water, covered for three minutes over medium high heat.
- 4 (if you have thicker asparagus, you may need to cook longer.) drain.
- 5 wipe out pan so that it is dry.
- 6 spray pan with cooking spray and return to heat.
- 7 add lemon juice.
- 8 return asparagus and mushrooms.
- 9 toss to coat with lemon juice.
- 10 serve immediately.
