- 1 1/2 lbs asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese (grated)
Recipe
- 1 prepare asparagus by snapping off tough ends and rinsing under cool water. steam until bright green and still slightly crisp, about 5 minutes.
- 2 toss in olive oil and sprinkle with lemon, salt, and pepper to taste. garnish with pinenuts and parmesan cheese.
