Asparagus With Pine Nuts

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese (grated)

Recipe

  • 1 prepare asparagus by snapping off tough ends and rinsing under cool water. steam until bright green and still slightly crisp, about 5 minutes.
  • 2 toss in olive oil and sprinkle with lemon, salt, and pepper to taste. garnish with pinenuts and parmesan cheese.
