- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1/4 cup sugar
- whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 halve avocados and remove seeds.
- 2 peel avocados and slice into blender with lemon juice and sugar.
- 3 blend until smooth.
- 4 put in dessert dishes and top with 1 tbsp whipped cream.
