- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 cup carrot juice, chilled
- 1 cup strawberry, frozen, unsweetened, quartered
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine mango and carrot juice in blender.
- 2 add strawberries and red bell pepper.
- 3 blend until smooth.
- 4 top with a swirl of carrot strips, if desired, and serve immediately.
