Beta Boost

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup carrot juice, chilled
  • 1 cup strawberry, frozen, unsweetened, quartered
  • 1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine mango and carrot juice in blender.
  • 2 add strawberries and red bell pepper.
  • 3 blend until smooth.
  • 4 top with a swirl of carrot strips, if desired, and serve immediately.
