Sausage Cheese Dip

- 1 pound ground lamb sausage
- 1 (2 pound) loaf processed cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
- 2 green onions, chopped

- place ground lamb sausage in a large, deep skillet. cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
- in a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt processed cheese.
- drain sausage and mix in a medium bowl with the melted processed cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers and green onions.
