Crescent Cake Cookies
Ingredients
- Servings: 1
-  1 cup finely ground almonds 
-  3 drops almond extract 
-  1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 
-  1/2 cup confectioners' sugar 
-  1/2 cup butter, softened 
-  1 egg yolk 
Recipe
- combine almonds, almond extract, flour, and sugar until thoroughly mixed. work in butter and egg yolk with hands; until well blended. chill the dough for one hour. 
- preheat the oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
