Cantaloupe Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 5 mins

  • in a blender, combine cantaloupe chunks, yogurt, raspberries and sugar. blend until smooth. pour into glasses and serve.
