3 Berry Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 ounces silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberry
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • splenda sugar substitute, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients together!
