Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt or 1/4 cup fruit yogurt
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • freshly grated nutmeg, to taste
