Bread And Chocolate Tapas -- Pan Y Chocolate

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 slices baguette (3/8 inch thick)
  • 3 ounces swiss bittersweet chocolate
  • 3 -4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • coarse salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat your oven broiler.
  • 2 place the bread slices on a cookie sheet and broil until toasted.
  • 3 remove from the oven.
  • 4 heat the oven to 350 f.
  • 5 meanwhile, drizzle each baguette slice with oil.
  • 6 sprinkle with a bit of salt.
  • 7 place a bit of chocolate on each slice.
  • 8 bake for five minutes or until the chocolate is melted.
  • 9 serve warm.
