Brazilian Vegetable Pie

Ingredients
- 2 eggs 
- 1/2 cup canola oil 
- 2 cups skim milk 
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 
- 2 cups flour 
- 1 teaspoon salt 
- 1 tablespoon yeast 
- 2 medium chopped tomatoes (unseeded) 
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives 
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn 
- 1 (15 ounce) can green peas 
- 1 (15 ounce) jar chopped hearts of palm (drained) 
- 2 tablespoons vinegar 
- 1 tablespoon oil 
- 1 pinch salt 
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven 350'. 
- 2 1st dough :blend all the ingredients for the dough and pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. 
- 3 mix vegetables in a bowl. add vinegar, oil and salt and mix well. 
- 4 spread vegetable mix over dough. 
- 5 2nd dough :blend all the ingredients for the dough and spread it over vegetable filling. 
- 6 bake until golden brown and toothpick comes out clear. turn off oven and let the pie sit inside it for 30 minutes.
