Apple Celery Juice (cold Fighter)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 apples (juicy apples are better but use whatever you have they are all good for ya)
  • 3 celery ribs
  • 2 sprigs parsley

Recipe

  • 1 chop up the apples into 4 and core if your juicer requires it.
  • 2 juice half the apples.
  • 3 juice the celery and the parsley.
  • 4 juice the rest of the apples.
  • 5 serve right away as is or over ice.
  • 6 enjoy and feel better!
