Ingredients
- 8 apples (juicy apples are better but use whatever you have they are all good for ya)
- 3 celery ribs
- 2 sprigs parsley
Recipe
- 1 chop up the apples into 4 and core if your juicer requires it.
- 2 juice half the apples.
- 3 juice the celery and the parsley.
- 4 juice the rest of the apples.
- 5 serve right away as is or over ice.
- 6 enjoy and feel better!
