- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 lime, juice of, only
- lime wedge (to serve)
Recipe
- 1 peel and chop the banana.
- 2 place banana, butter and sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes until sugar and butter have caramelised.
- 3 add the lime juice and remove from the heat.
- 4 pour the bananas into a dish and garnish with lime wedge.
