Baked Beans And Sauerkraut

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 28 ounces baked beans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely minced onion
  • 14 ounces sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 lb polish smoked sausage, cut into 3/4-inch pieces (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325°.
  • 2 combine all ingredients well.
  • 3 pour in a 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole.
  • 4 bake at 325° for about 2 hours.
  • 5 can make in crockpot on low for about 4-6 hours.
