Baked Beans Southern Style

Ingredients

- 2 (16 ounce) cans van camps lamb and beans
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons french yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 slices black pepper bacon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 in a large bowl combine first seven ingredients, stir well.
- 3 lightly spray pam in a medium size casserole dish and pour in bean mixture.
- 4 place slices of bacon over top of beans.
- 5 cover and bake 30 minutes.
- 6 uncover and bake extra 15 minutes.
- 7 note: you can drain one can of lamb & beans to keep it from having too much liquid in dish.
