Mediterranean Three Bean Salad
Ingredients

-  1 (15 ounce) can cannellini (white kidney) beans, rinsed and drained 
-  1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained 
-  1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 
-  1/2 onion, minced 
-  2 cloves garlic, minced 
-  2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley, or to taste 
-  1/4 cup olive oil 
-  1 lemon, juiced 
-  salt and ground black pepper to taste
