Acorn Squash (for Babies)

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1 acorn squash
- 2 tablespoons apple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Recipe
- 1 peel the squash and discard the seeds.
- 2 cut the squash into quarters and place in a casserole dish.
- 3 pour the apple juice over the squash quarters.
- 4 sprinkle with the cinnamon.
- 5 bake 350°f for 1 hour, or microwave 10 - 15 minutes.
- 6 cool slightly.
- 7 puree, adding more apple juice/water to desired consistency.
- 8 freeze in ice cube trays.
