Acorn Squash Soup

Ingredients

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 medium acorn squash, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except milk, vinegar, salt and pepper in slow cooker.
- 2 cook on high for 3-4 hours.
- 3 process soup in food processor or blender until smooth, adding milk, salt and vinegar. season to taste with salt and pepper.
