Apple Cobbler

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal, cooked
  • 3 teaspoons almonds, slivered
  • 2/3 ounce protein powder
  • 1/2 granny smith apple, chopped
  • cinnamon, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 add oatmeal and milk in a bowl and cook in the microwave oven for 2 1/2 minutes.
  • 2 mix in chopped apple and slivered almonds.
  • 3 sprinkle with cinnamon onto prepared apple cobbler, to taste.
