Baked Apples With Raspberries

- 2 apples
- 6 ounces raspberries
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1 tablespoon honey
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees. remove the cores from the apples and use a sharp knife to cut a slit through the skin around the middle. place in an ovenproof dish.
- 2 fill the hollows with raspberries, adding the rest around in the dish. sprinkle with cinnamon juice and lemon and drizzle with honey.
- 3 cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
