Baked Banana Oat Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped
- 3/4 cup mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350*.
- 2 mix dry ingredients.
- 3 mix wet ingredients.
- 4 pour wet into dry. stir to combine.
- 5 pour into a square 8 x 8 / 9 x 9 inch baking dish, coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.
- 6 bake for 40 minutes.
- 7 cut into 12 squares.
