Baked Bananas In Orange Glaze

Ingredients

• 2 medium firm bananas
• 2 teaspoons butter, melted
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons grated orange peel

Recipe

• 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 cut each banana in half lengthwise and place cut side down in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
• 3 brush with the butter.
• 4 bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
• 5 combine the orange juice, brown sugar, and orange peel and pour over bananas.
• 6 bake 10 minutes longer.
• 7 serve with ice cream for a special treat!
