Baked Beans

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 400 g haricot beans, rinsed and drained
  • 250 g chopped tomatoes
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 50 ml apple juice

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil and soften onion.
  • 2 add garlic and celery and cook for another minute.
  • 3 add tomatoes, beans, soy and juice. simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
