Biberli Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups honey
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cloves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons anise
  • nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 -4 cups nuts, chopped finely

Recipe
