Pineapple Bake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, in juice
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

    Ready Time: 1 hr 10 mins

  • preheat the oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • in a medium bowl, mix together the butter, flour, eggs and sugar until well blended. stir in the crushed pineapple. transfer to a small casserole dish, and sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
  • bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, uncovered. serve warm.
