Baked Apple Slices

Total Time: 24 mins Preparation Time: 4 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 apples
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 peel, halve and core apples.
  • 2 cut each half into 6 wedges.
  • 3 in a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
  • 4 mix together well.
  • 5 add apples and toss.
  • 6 spread apples in a single layer on non-stick or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • 7 bake in pre-heated 450*f/230*c oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until browned and tender.
  • 8 cool, for a few minutes before removing from baking sheet.
  • 9 serve warm.
