Ingredients
- chicken thigh
- potato chips (crushed) or breadcrumbs
- butter, melted
- pepper, to taste
- salt (if using breadcrumbs)
Recipe
- 1 wash and pat dry chicken pieces.
- 2 coat with butter, then with chips/crumbs.
- 3 season to taste.
- 4 bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
