healthier good old fashioned pancakes
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 1/4 cups nonfat milk
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

- sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a large bowl. make a well in the center and pour in milk, egg whites, and melted butter; mix until smooth.
- heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake, pour or scoop batter griddle. brown on both sides and serve hot.
