Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 5 ounces stoned dates
- 7 ounces rolled oats
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 175c
- 2 mash baananas & finely chop the dates.
- 3 mix all the ingredients together in a bowl & leave to stand for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 4 drop tablespoons of the mixture onto a non stick baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- 5 store in an airtight container & eat within 2 days.
